Darkhorse - Tactical 6th Gen Stealth UCAV

Additional, Darkhorse can be configured for turbine propulsion using Jet A, JP7, Jp8, etc. But the airfract is designed around a high performance bladeless propulsion system that is proprietary and secret. In this this configured, Darkhose besides being a stealth aircraft, additionally there is no heat signature, cannot be detected by Flir/IR as well, not can the aircraft be heard from as near as 500ft distance.
The stealth aspects of Darkhorse, are highly advanced and does not rely on radar absorbing material. These aspects are not disclosed. While overall designed is disclosed here, the intricate details are not. But overall, Darkhorse maintains a very low radar cross signature of less then the F-117 which is .005 M2, while Darkhorse averages out to .0035 M2.
The main design of Darkhorse is 100% electric. While there is a second version that is turbine propulsion. The electric aspects of Darkhorse and its undisclosed bladeless propulsion, makes this aircraft very advanced. It is hydrogen fuel cell powered, with an output of about 100KW, and contains a broad high voltage power system for all aspects of flight.
Fuel Capacity for Darkhorse, primary design is 82,000 Cu In of 16,000 PSI High Pressure Storage, via our High Pressure Conforming Tank technologies. Equivalent to 354 liquid gallons. Compared to liquid fuels, total fuel weight for Darkhorse is apx 295 LBS. If Darkhorse were liquid fueled, fuel weight at maximum capacity would be apx 2,900 LBS
This massive fuel volume for such a small aircraft gives Darkhorse more then 12 hours endurance at maximum payload capacity and cruise above 400 kts true airspeed. Or apx 12 hours, 500 mph GS at cruising altitude above 30,000ft, which would average 6,000 NM.
Costs associated for this aircraft, an estimated production price for the
aircraft itself of about $4 million each, without further specialized
configurations.
